My Experience @ Amante Nail Spa & Body Care

I can't even remember the last time I had a full body massage in Malaysia. This might sound strange to you, but believe me - it's for real.

Of course I love to get massage. In fact, I travel to Thailand every year specifically for foot and body massage after my shopping blitz. I loved it though and had a massage almost every day. One of the things I love about the massage in Thailand is that it's really cheap! You can spot the massage signs on almost every road and you'll be hard pressed to find an excuse not to enjoy one.

Last week I had the luxurious me time at Amante Nail Spa & Body Care, Bandar Puteri Puchong. I treated myself with a 90 minutes aromatherapy body massage.  It was my first time there and I was completely amazed.

I was guided to the treatment room once I had registered myself. The treatment room was pretty simple, spacious and inviting which allowed me to relax. During the 90 minutes aromatherapy body massage, I was slips into some loose fitting clothes and lays on a comfortable low raised bed.

Noor, my massage therapists had chosen to use lemongrass scented massage oil for my treatment. Throughout the massage, she was informative and professional. Her lovely soft hands used just the right amount of pressure and her consideration for my comfort and pain levels throughout was exceptional. 

I always had a lot of stress around me in my personal and professional life. My feet and shoulder was my main problems. She worked on my whole body including releasing the muscles around the feet and shoulder. What tipped it a bit for me is that during the foot massage, she noted that my feet were very tense. I was recommended to use ginger oil as part of a massage blend with essential oils and gently rub into the affected area to ease aches and cramps also improves circulation. I found after Noor’s massage I felt less tense in my neck and shoulders and a small relief in leg and lower back.  I felt really relaxed and sleepy afterwards.

After the 90 minute treatments ended, I was served with a warm ginger tea while filling up a customer particular form. My body felt completely relaxed, comfortable and yet energized.
